Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree in relevant studies
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial / office project is a must
Must experience in Cost analysis and benchmarking for office fit-outs, Office-specific construction methods and materials, Interior fit-out construction techniques.
Understanding of office design and construction standards and Commercial project cost control experience
