We are looking for an experienced suitable and detail-oriented Bunker Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. As a Bunker Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quantity and quality of marine fuel delivered to vessels. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting accurate measurements, and reporting findings to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates and bunker suppliers.
• Prepares reports on types of surveys conducted, recommended actions and repairs or conditions remedied.
• Conducting inspections of vessels and bunkers according to the Singapore Standard Code of Practice.
• Ensuring compliance with the port regulations on bunkering.
• Reporting any discrepancies and resolving issues accordingly.
• Being the advisor onboard on safety aspect.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations, technological advancements and best practices in bunker surveying.
• Perform additional duties related to bunker surveying as required.
• Able to travel at short notice and work flexible schedules.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Any Maritime Related Studies
• Prior working experience in bunker surveying or related will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Understands the rules and regulations for all vessel schedules related permits.
• Knowledge of local regulations and practices in bunker surveying.
