Job description
Job Requirement
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling & co-ordination
- Responsible for monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Responsible for liaising with clients and the team on project requirements
- Responsible for supervising all the construction on site
- Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure works carry out comply with quality standards, drawings and project specification
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To perform QA/QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
- Prepare Progress report, project handover report and claim report
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
- Preferably with 5 years HDB precast experience
