Job Description:<br><ul> <li>Source for suppliers</li> <li>Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for ACMV services</li> <li>Prepare and submit tender documents</li> <li>Ensure the tender submission is within assigned deadline</li> <li>Pre & post project procurement</li> <li>Liaise with project manager, engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors</li> <li>Report directly to QS Manager</li></ul><br><br>Job Requirements:<br><ul> <li>Able to work well with tight deadlines</li> <li>Able to relate well with vendors</li> <li>Able to work independently or as a team</li> <li>Able to work well in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience in similar scope of work is required</li> <li>Able to read ACMV drawings</li></ul>
