- Supervise the works on site
- Coordinate Builder's Work, ensure quality as well as complaince with draings, completion on time.
- Liase with Sub-Contractors & Consultants.

- Ensure Site Safety

- Overall projects planning, schedulling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.

- Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters

- SPM or above qualifications such as Diploma in Architecture / Building
- with minimum 2 years of related working experience in residential projects.
- Team work and good interpersonal skills.
