Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Design Planning Executive to join our team. This role blends impeccable organisational acumen with creative interior design expertise, managing office operations while helping clients transform their spaces. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for details and design, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Consultation

• Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Offer expert advice and customized design solutions that align with their vision.

✅ Design Presentation

• Develop and present compelling design concepts, including mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings.
• Clearly communicate how design solutions enhance functionality and aesthetics.

✅ Product & Industry Knowledge

• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
• Educate clients on product selections, ensuring recommendations match their style and budget.

✅ Import Documentation

• Process and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, etc.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

✅ Shipping Coordination

• Monitor and track shipments, updating relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

✅ Administrative Duties

• Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining shipping records.
• Update social media marketing contents.
• Handle correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and customers.

✅ Others

• Any other duties assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative roles.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media applications like Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Passion for interior design and sales
✔️ ️Strong communication & presentation skills
✔️ Experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
✔️ Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools)
✔️ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

✔️ 44hrs flexi week, 11am - 8pm.

✔️ Willing to travel for training and conferences.
