We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, schedules, and site logs.
• Ensure all workers and visitors comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Support procurement and delivery of materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor, foreman, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid, Construction Supervisor License) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
