Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Construction Supervisor will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and delivered on time.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and incidents.
• Ensure the site is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
