Job Descriptions:
Requirements:
- Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders and quotations.
- Tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Prepare for Submission and interviews
- Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
- Source for suppliers and contractors quotations.
- Prepare Progress claim, payment certificate, VO
- Attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
- Liaise with clients, architects and consultants for project issues.
- Will assign to the onsite for work when necessary
- Provide support in any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and team player
- Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
