Descriptions

- Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects

- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services

- Prepare and submit the tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

- Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures

- Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control

- Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects

- Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing

- Perform cost comparison

- Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors

- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience for QS role

-Computer proficiency in MS PROJECT, MS Excel, MS Words and AutoCAD
