• Assist in Tender and Contracts administration

• Taking-off quantities for tendering

• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations

• Responsible for pre-tender estimate andpreparation of tender documents

• Conducting tender exercise for sub-contractingincluding evaluation and award of contract

• Liais on with Procurement team

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget &cost control and settlement of final account

• Co-ordination and render support to the project team

• QS with contracts knowledge with be an advantage

• Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in QS or equivalent with 2-3 years experience

• A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Posses high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working Location: Sembawang

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm // Sat 8:30am-12:30pm
