Senior/Quantity Surveyor (A1 main con, tender/project)

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor renowned for delivering a wide range of standout projects, including mixed-use developments, residential complexes, commercial properties, MRT projects, and theme parks. With a growth in projects, they are seeking multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors and/or Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic teams for building/civil projects. There will be opportunities to be based in HQ office or at project sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
• Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
• Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
• Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries
• Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior position.
