Job Description

- Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects

- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services

- Prepare and submit the tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

- Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures

- Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control

- Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects

- Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing

- Perform cost comparison

- Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors

- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- At least Degree or Master Holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years QS experience in construction sector

- Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure

- Work independently and a good team player

- Previous exposure to sub-contractors and commercial contracts administration, cost and budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and costs estimation etc.

- Strong skill in listening, reading, writing and communicating
