Job Description

• Preparation of architectural layout and detail drawings.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and building codes.

• Site inspections.

• Attending progress meetings.

• Authority Submission.

• Work related travels and meetings.

• Documentation.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture from local and recognized foreign universities.

• At least 3 years experience.

• Conversant in BIM modelling

• Keen to learn and work independently with minimum guidance.

• Able to work under pressure, dynamic, creative and results oriented.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit.

• Familiar with BIM and authorities submission requirements

• Preferably Singaporean / PR
