Responsibilities

• Collect and manage project-related data and documentation.
• Attend tender briefings and site surveys, evaluating project requirements.
• Review contract documents, perform measurements, and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities within set timelines.
• Design and prepare tender proposals aligned with client and project specifications.
• Oversee tender submissions and conduct thorough analyses.
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement tasks.
• Manage projects from the tendering phase through to handover, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with the project team on progress reports, claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably experienced in Singapore's construction, engineering, or security systems industry, including tendering processes for M&E works.
• Effective communication skills to interact with English- and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for relationship-building with stakeholders.
