Quantity Surveyor (bungalow, General Building, Main Con, Ubi)

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare tenders, BOQs, and cost summaries.
• Assess claims and monthly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building with 2+ years in construction.
• Independent, able to work under pressure.
