Role:

Quantity Surveyor (Construction / Up to $4000)

• Singapore Based (Office at Ubi, working at site (Geylang / Bukit Timah))
• 5 Days work per week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
• Basic $3200 - $4000
• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in construction industry.

Job scope
Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering.
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations.
Evaluation of claims/ bills submitted by Subcontractor/ Supplier.
Prepare monthly progress claim.
