- Singapore Based (Office at Ubi, working at site (Geylang / Bukit Timah))
- 5 Days work per week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
- Basic $3200 - $4000
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in construction industry.

Job scope
- Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations.
- Evaluation of claims/ bills submitted by Subcontractor/ Supplier.
- Prepare monthly progress claim.
