QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
• Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager

• Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.

• Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

• Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.

• Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
