Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Installing and fixing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation

Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures

Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects, and building code recommendations

Carry out daily painting work, and varnishing of wooden material according to procedures and specifications

Plastering work

Maintain daily housekeeping at the workplace

Maintain working tools and equipment in good condition

Follow safe work practices in all aspects of the work

Any other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably with relevant hands-on experience in building-related or hospitality industry

Experience in using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns

Joinery and cabinet-making skills

Mixing of color to match color for the varnishing work

Resourceful, proactive, and team player

Service-oriented with a good personality

Working days: 5.5 days

Working hours: 08:00-17:00

Location: Woodlands
