• Position: Quantity Surveyor
• Location: Pioneer
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Supplier of glass & stainless steel

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares sales order and quotation
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement
• Reviewing tender and contract documents
• Other QS function as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
• At least 1-3 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm
