Responsibilities
  • Calling of quotations, preparation of quotation evaluation and analysis of pricing
  • Quantity take-off using relevant software
  • Processing of progress claims, variations, back charges and final accounts
  • Other tasks as assigned by Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of local working experience in Civil and Building projects
  • A good team player with good initiative and positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must have experience in LTA MRT projects
