- Working hours: 5 days work week (8:30am-5:30pm)
- Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 (Depending on experiences)
- Office: Aljunied
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all drafting works as directed
- Receive, file all incoming drawings
- Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings
- Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Supersede and updated the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Creating construction drawings and documents using CAD/Revit Software
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Degree or Diploma in ARCHITECTURE
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences
- Required skill(s): Sketchup and Photoshop
- Experienced in BIM will be added advantage
