• Conduct valuations and issue payment certificates with accuracy and integrity.

What You Bring:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (bonus points for interior design background!).
• Deep understanding of costs, materials, and contracts within the design world.
• Proficiency in tools like CostX or Buildsoft.
• Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations and industry standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure-especially when the stakes are high.
