- Maintains projects adminstration in a correct and timely manner

- Orders Materials and equipment and take care of the necessary permits

- Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating and selecting contractors.

- Prevents nes and work interruption and enforcing, codes.

- Maintains a safe, secure and clean enviroment by following guidelines, standards and procedures.

Requirement

- Building construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS).

- Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

- Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or variation orders.

- Manage issues and resolve issues on site.

- Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
