Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate received tenders and review construction plans.
  • Analyze tenders, review specifications, and recommend products that meet the requirements.
  • Prepare costings, quotations, and specification comparison charts for the tendering process.
  • Liaise with contractors to obtain tender information.
  • Draft and prepare documents for submission.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to discuss the tendering process.
  • Perform various contract administration tasks as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the building construction industry.
  • Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, or a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
