Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership and provide training to AE team members.
- Offer constructive suggestions to superiors, along with solutions to issues.
- Maintain clear communication with staff members, providing guidance throughout the tender process.
- Take responsibility for all tender costing before presenting to superiors for management meetings.
- Act proactively, ensure well-coordinated reports, and meet superiors' expectations.

- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Participate in and promptly respond to all tender submissions, tender interviews, and post-tender addendums.

- Perform basic QS tasks (e.g., measurement and calling quotations) if internal staff resources are limited.
- Preferably possess over 5 years of experience in A & A works tendering.
