Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Quantity Take-Offs: Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design plans to determine material quantities and costs.
• Cost Estimation: Conduct cost analysis, source materials, and prepare pricing breakdowns for furniture and interior design projects.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to respond to customer inquiries, clarify technical details, and provide pricing information.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and project costings.
• Liaison with Designers & Clients: Communicate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or sales coordination (preferably in furniture, interior design, or construction).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or other relevant software for quantity take-offs.
• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided
