Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Prepare and develop detailed drawings, models, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software, in line with project specifications and guidelines.
- Interpret project specifications, construction drawings, and other design documentation to create detailed models that align with project goals and BIM standards
- Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator and project teams to ensure accurate modelling, incorporating revisions and updates as needed.
- Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and conform to client requirements, project specifications, and internal standards.
- Modify BIM models as per feedback from other team members, including engineers, architects, coordinators, to reflect any design changes or site conditions
- Assist in the coordination of BIM models with other trades, such as C&S, and M&E to avoid clashes and ensure seamless integration.
- Provide technical support with regard to modelling.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, reporting, and procedures as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
