Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
- Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Supersede and updated the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Holds a degree
- Minimum 8 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
- Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
- Experienced with Microstation
- Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
- Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
- Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
- Willing to work in Site Office
- Willing to work 5.5 days
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
