Project Manager
  • Roles & Duties:

    • Assist project director in managing day-to-day site coordination and planning implementation; such as liaising with sub-contractors in planning of manpower allocation, materials and equipment requirement, 
    • Assist project director in ensuring that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
    • Assist project director in ensuring workplace safety and health compliance on site along with colleagues at all times.
    • To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasking.
    • To perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the company.

     

    Requirement:

    • Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.
    • Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
    • Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
    • Must be computer literacy so that software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) can help in the work processes.
    • Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
