Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Displays a healthy respect for heights and follows all site specific and Team safety procedures.
• Understands work permits and participate in job hazard analyses.
• Participates in required training, rope access certification sessions and maintains a working understanding of rope access safe working practices.
• Works in accordance with rope access policies and Rope Access Code of Practice.
• Inspects and verifies rope access systems and components before use.
• Recognizes worksite hazards and notifies the team of any unsafe conditions.
• Maintains proficiency at rescue techniques and assist in rescues as directed and in accordance with certification level.

(B) General :

• Any other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations.
• Eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place and alert others regarding potential hazards or concern.
• Works in accordance with rope access policies and rope access code of practice.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Rope access Level 1, 2 & 3 IRATA certification.
• WAH certification.
• Must have a capacity for work at height.
• With high-rise external painting or minor external facade repair works knowledge.
• Preferably with Singapore class 3 driving license.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
• Positive, good working attitude and good team player.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience in rope access industry or in related field.
