Entry / JuniorResponsibilites
- Design and manage assigned projects independently under the guidance of the Director
- Attending meetings, recording of meeting minutes and project scheduling etc
- Prepare and develop where required drawings, models, images and other documents related to the assigned projects
- Participate and assist where required in internal meetings/discussions
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and government agencies to meet project deliverables
- Thorough knowledge and compliance with company procedues and standards

- Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Able to work on more than one project simultaneously
- Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present ideas at discussions
- Ability to understand design decisions presented by others
- Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a project
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive to tasks and respond correctly to directions and instructions given
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work dependently and as part of a team
- Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Self motivated
Requirements
- Graduate and Post-graduate degrees in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore. Refer to https://www.boa.sg/register/recognised-schools/
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with local building regulations and submission procedures will be an advantage
- Good design skills and technical knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCad and 3D Sketchup is essential
- Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
