Committed to our mission of educating leaders and advancing knowledge for Singapore and beyond, we have built global programs and established strong links with leading institutions around the world.
The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), which is under the College of Engineering, aspires to be a leading school in Sustainable Urban Systems. Its faculty has led major university-wide strategic research thrusts in space creation, water research, and sustainable built environments. Moving forward, CEE is addressing critical problems in urban systems such as digital construction, urban solutions for the built environment and sustainability, and resiliency to climate change, as well as natural and unnatural risks.
To expand our range of educational and research activities and fuel further development, we invite applications for Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) / Associate Professor (Tenure-Track) positions with the following expertise:
Land Surveying and Geodesy
Applicants should have a PhD in Civil Engineering, geomatics, geodesy or related fields. Suitable candidates must demonstrate strong and relevant research and teaching ability in the field of land/hydrographic surveying, geomatic applications in construction industry. Familiarity with the best practise in the relevant industry is a great advantage. In addition, strong interdisciplinary expertise is required in research areas such as intelligent construction, construction automation, built environment sustainability, systems modelling and risk management. Potential teaching areas include fundamental of land/hydrographic surveying, introduction to geodesy and geomatics engineering and geomatics applications in intelligent construction.
