Job Description
Job Requirements
- Responsible in all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage
- Monitor all design related issues relating to facade from design brief to approval of construction drawings from Architect
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules
- Prepare project deficiency lists and monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule
- Execute project according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget
- Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems
- Ensure timely delivery of construction drawings, sample approval, mock up, site works, etc. to overall project construction schedule
- Attend technical meeting with consultants and specialist on issues
- Coordinate detailing of facade and RC structure
- Comply with company's ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of Facade experience in Singapore Main Contractor firm
- Preferable experiences in Curtain Walling
- Prefable Experience in high rise facade
- Desire to develop career, hunger for work exposure
- Good Interpersonal skills and Ability to work under pressure
