Responsibilities :

• Accountable for formulating project plans and schedules, ensuring the timely achievement of project deliverables within defined timelines.
• Oversee efficient contract administration and promote transparent communication among all involved parties in the project.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Adhere to construction safety measures and ensure compliance at the project site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

Requirement :

• Possession of a Class 3 Driving License
• Diploma qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in managing projects related to landed residential houses
• Demonstrated ability to independently oversee and manage projects
• Proficient in English
• Able to interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility
