Responsibilities

    • Design and manage assigned projects independently under the guidance of the Director and/or Associate including attendance of meetings, recording of meeting minutes, project scheduling etc.
    • Prepare and develop where required, drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the assigned projects
    • Participate and assist where required in internal team meetings/ discussions
    • Liaise with client, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies to meet project deliverables, namely brief/programme, ISO, cost, schedule etc.
    • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with company's procedures and standards

Qualities and skills required

    • Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
    • Able to work on more than one project simultaneously
    • Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present ideas at discussions
    • Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a project
    • Ability to take initiative and a proactive approach to taks and respond correctly to directions.instructions
    • Ability to meet datelines efficiently
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
    • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
    • Self motivated

Requirements

    • Graduate and Post-Graduate degrees in Architecture recognised by the Board or Architects (BOA), Singapore
    • 2-5 years relevent working experience 
    • Familiar with local building requirements, regulations, and submission procedures
    • Good design skills and technical knowledge
    • Proficient in Autocad and 3D Sketchup are essential.
    • Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
