• Industry (1): Carpentry/Furnitures (Interior Design)
• Industry (2): M&E (Construction/Cleanroom-Semiconductor)

Job Scope:

• Estimate Costs: Calculate expenses for construction projects.
• Manage Contracts: Administer and monitor project contracts.
• Control Costs: Keep project expenses within budget.
• Report Progress: Provide regular updates on project finances.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor construction quality and compliance.
• Resolve Disputes: Assist in resolving contract-related issues.
• Maintain Records: Organize project documentation and records.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree studies in Quantity Surveying or equivalent studies
• Candidate with QS experience in relevant Industry will only be considered (refer above)
