Responsibilities
• Coordinate structural design with QP, architects, and M&E consultants.
• Review structural drawings to ensure they are buildable and compliant.
• Identify and resolve clashes between structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Support authority submissions and respond to technical queries.
• Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and temporary works proposals.
• Provide technical support to the site team during structural works.
• Suggest value engineering ideas to improve buildability and cost efficiency.
Requirements
• Studies in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in landed housing projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of RC works, foundations, and temporary works.
• Familiar with local authority submission processes.
• AutoCAD proficiency; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
