Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce activities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Enforce site safety rules and compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers
- Inspect work in progress to ensure accuracy and quality
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical problems
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and material logs
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
