We are looking for a Civil Engineer cum Drafter who can independently manage both engineering coordination and drafting tasks. The role requires strong technical capability, hands-on site understanding, and the ability to work solo with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update civil/structural drawings, details, and as-built plans
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil and structural works on site
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on technical matters
• Resolve site issues and support project progress reporting
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in drafting
• Relevant experience in construction, A&A, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of BCA, SCDF, and local authority processes
• Able to work independently and manage tasks solo
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and perform overtime when required
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
