Job Summary

The Architectural Draftsperson will assist the architects with providing digital technical design for the projects undertaken by the office. Their main responsibilities will include technical drawings, authority compliance, architectural detailing and 3d visualisations using both CAD and 3D softwares (eg. Acad, Sketchup, etc).

Responsibilities

• Produce precise drawings to support architectural project development, authority compliance and execution using CAD software
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications to ensure design accuracy and constructability
• Create 3D visualizations using software such as SketchUp to communicate design intent and support client presentations
• Collaborate with architects to translate design concepts into detailed digital representations for private residential projects
• Apply technical knowledge to enhance the quality and clarity of architectural documentation for new builds and alterations
