Supervising site activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and managing technical documentation like AutoCAD drawings and reports

• Site Supervision & Coordination:Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure work adheres to drawings, specifications, and method statements.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and manage material deliveries.Attend site coordination and safety meetings to track progress and report delays.Operate and manage construction equipment and power tools.
• Project Documentation & Technical Support:Prepare, update, and manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and daily site reports.Utilize AutoCAD or other software to prepare, review, or modify drawings and 3D models.Draft material requisition forms,, site memos, and notice of rectifications for subcontractors.Manage document submissions to relevant government authorities.
• Quality & Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and company safety plans.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material testing.Implement variation works based on updated drawings and instructions.Assist in the preparation for internal and external quality audits.
• Project Monitoring:Monitor, update, and report on construction progress against the established schedule.Monitor material usage to minimize waste.Assist in project commissioning and the defect liability period.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD is often required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills.
