Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order .
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification.
- Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary
- Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing
- Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
- Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
- All other QS related job.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector is preferrable
- Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
- Organised, self-driven, organised & team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
- Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation
- Understand the relevant standard forms of Building
- Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
- Possess good and positive attitude.
