-Familiar with evaluation of tender preparation tender "ation
-Abilit to source for supplies and sub-contractors forquotation for tendering

Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progresspayment

Project administration and documentation include preparationof interim

Carry out miscellaneous tasks required

Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ ElectricalEngineering or its equivalent;

Minimum 3 year M&E QS experience in the buildingconstruction industry;

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications; Independent,committed, reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tightdeadlines
