Job Scope
Requirements
- Perform quantity taking off and cost estimate of tender for projects.
- Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities.
- Administer the tender process, evaluate tenders, and prepare tender recommendation reports.
- Prepare contractual correspondences related to the project.
- Assess contractors claims for progress claim and variation works.
- Settlement of final account and any other post-contract related works.
- Attend project meeting.
- Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with construction contracts and procurement strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local contract management.
- Applicants with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position.
