  1. Title: Assistant Design Manager (Architectural) (Occupation: ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER)
  2. Job Description
  • Supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations
  • Manage the drawing submission schedules based on the planned work progress
  • Coordinate and review all design matters with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
  • Manage and control design deliverables related to technical, contractual and cost issues
  • Manage subcontractors, review shop drawings to check to meet all design requirements
  • Plan and Manage Architectural work progress scheduling, etc.
  1. Job Requirement
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Degree/Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects
  • Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
