Others
- Understand new projects, and prepare shop drawings.
- Liaising with clients to ensure the accuracy of drawing and appliances placements
- Following up with ongoing projects to check on the quality of work done
- Following up with ongoing projects to ensure clearance of necessary submissions by the Executive Engineer
- Visiting sites for meetings with clients or to evaluate site progress
- Preparing as-built drawings for finished projects
- Assisting Executive Engineer to finalized billing invoice for the client
- Responsibilities are not restricted or limited to the above mentioned, as we worked as a team, there will be times when we need to assist each other.
Location & Commitments
- Full-time position based in the HQ (30 Mandai Estate, Singapore 729918)
- Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays)
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm; Saturday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
- No overtime compensation for working after 6.00 pm on weekdays
- Overtime on weekends (after 1.00 pm on Saturday) may be required (compensation given)
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Competence in tracking deadlines, and using MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fresh graduates from NITEC/ HIGHER Nitec/ Polytechnics are welcome
- Willingness to learn and growth
- Team player who is able to work as a team and support the team
- Previous experience in a construction firm would be a plus point
