Job Summary

Lead the overall execution and successful completion of construction projects by preparing and monitoring construction programmes, appraising construction techniques, resolving technical challenges, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes to ensure project milestones are met efficiently
• Evaluate and appraise the suitability of construction techniques and method statements to optimize project execution
• Perform simple design calculations to support construction planning and problem-solving
• Oversee day-to-day project operations to maintain progress and adherence to plans
• Supervise and monitor project progress to identify and address issues proactively
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered during construction to minimize delays
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations
• Verify that all construction activities comply with specific drawings, certifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors across all projects to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks
• Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping practices at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage the processing and finalization of claims related to the project to support financial and contractual accuracy
