Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and review of project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or variances.

• Manage payment claims, variations, and progress billing.
• Maintain and update project cost ledgers and financial records.
• Assist in contract administration for main contracts and sub-contracts.

• Support the selection, engagement, and commercial management of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Review subcontract payment claims and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

• Work closely with the Finance Department on project financial matters, including invoicing, cost reporting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

• Provide commercial and contractual support during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and relevant regulations.

• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's project and business management systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a professional quantity surveying or commercial role.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project financial management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant construction or accounting systems.
